Shipping policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Both our delivery options are via Royal Mail: 1st Class £1.70 and Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm £8.35 (Monday-Friday)*

*Orders placed after 12pm will not be dispatched until the next working day.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at twistedhaggis@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will agree upon a satisfactory solution.
