Refund policy

We operate a 14 day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your card must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return email us at twistedhaggis@gmail.com. We will reply with instructions to initiate the refund process. Returned orders without emailing first will not be accepted. Return fees are payable by the customer for unused and undamaged cards. 

Accepted returns will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. 

Damages + Order Issues

If you have received the wrong card or it is damaged or defective upon receipt please email us immediately (attaching photos if possible) at twistedhaggis@gmail.com. We will then reply and find the best solution to rectify the issue.
