When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Orders placed before midday Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day.
Can I personalise my order?
You can add a message to the inside of all our cards.
Certain cards can be personalised with a name on the front. During busy periods these may not be available.
My order was different than expected
Please email us at orders@twistedhaggis.com and we will resolve any issues with your order.
My order hasn’t arrived
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Although the vast majority of orders delivered by Royal Mail arrive on time, there can be a small percentage that arrive slightly beyond the estimated delivery date. If your order is more than 2 working days overdue please contact us.

What size and weight are your cards?
Our cards are printed on 350gsm and are 148x148mm in size.
Can I track my order?
No tracking is available for Royal Mail 1st Class standard delivery. Tracking is available for Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm.
